Maintenance Dredging at Various Locations, Tyndall AFB, FL. This is the official synopsis for the Maintenance Dredging contract at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, labor, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the tasks defined by the government-provided attachments. The Statement of Work (SOW) sets forth the requirements for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a site-specific construction effort for maintenance dredging at four distinct locations at Tyndall AFB, Florida. The Contractors performance shall be based entirely on the 100% design specifications and drawings provided by the Government in the solicitation attachments. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents, which will include the attached Technical Specifications, Design Drawings, approved Environmental Permits, and the applicable Construction Wage Rate Determination. If there is a conflict between codes, regulations, and specifications, the most stringent requirements shall apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) will apply to this acquisition. The size standard for this NAICS code is $45.0M.
