The National Park Service has replaced the Proposal Package in its entirety to reflect the following change to the Offeror's Transmittal Letter: The third bullet of Section 6) (p. 2 of the Letter) is replaced with the following: If the business entity was not formed in the State of Tennesse, evidence that it is qualified to do business there. The updated Proposal Package is attached to this Sam.gov notice. The prospectus may be found at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/prospectuses.htm. Please be aware there may be a delay in posting this prospectus update to this website after publication of this notice. ________________________________________________ The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a prospectus for the solicitation of offers for a 10-year concession contract to operate rustic lodging, food and beverage, alcoholic beverages, retail, stabling, and public showers at Charit Creek Lodge within Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. All offers must be received by the NPS by the date and time listed on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus (October 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession contract.
