This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) Pre-Solicitation Notice, 36C10F26R0053, Construct Temporary Supportive Housing (TSH) and Welcome Center West Los Angeles Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction and Facilities Management is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Two-Phase Design-Build Solicitation Number 36C10F26R0053, Construct Temporary Supportive Housing (TSH) and Welcome Center West Los Angeles VAMC. The Design-Build Contractor shall furnish, design, coordinate, deliver, install, test, commission, and warrant 220 Temporary Supportive Housing Units. Contractor shall also include a Welcome Center and the associated site improvements, in areas designated by VA at West Los Angeles VAMC. The VA emphasizes performance-based results; therefore, the contractor may determine the means and methods of installation layout and alternatives or betterments to best utilize parcels as long as all code and performance standards are met. The Period of Performance is for a period of no more than 210 days after issuance of the NTP. The contract is estimated to be awarded on August 20, 2026.
