This is a synopsis for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under an umbrella Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The MATOC will be utilized for a variety of Architect/Engineer (A/E), Value Engineering (VE), Value Analysis (VA), Value Management (VM) services, detailed below.
