The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for the acquisition of protective services, as described herein, under a contemplated NASA Protective Services Contract -East Region (NPSC-ER) II. The NPSC-ER II will succeed the current NPSC-ER, with performance commencing no earlier than March 2028. The NPSC-ER II will support the following locations: GSFC, Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC), Glenn Research Center (GRC), NASA Headquarters (HQ), Langley Research Center (LRC), and Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) as well as the nearby component facility Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Annex. NASA GSFC is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses (SB) and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for the NPSC-ER II. Vendors are encouraged to demonstrate capabilities as a prime, subcontractor and/or teaming partner. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), HUBZone, Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) business set-aside based on responses received.
