Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR AN INVITATION FOR BID (IFB). Bids shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business IAW Public Law 109-461, certified in System for Award Management (SAM, https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/%20-%201#1) and Department of Veterans Affairs Vendor Information Pages (VIP, https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fresno VA Medical Campus, has a requirement for but not limited to the following; Construct a new 5,300 square feet two-story outpatient s facility building to meet LEED Silver Certification requirements. The new facility is an expansion of existing building 27 including selective demolition and replacement of west side of existing building 27 and associated infrastructure and site components, new and temporary utility infrastructure systems, facility utility infrastructure systems shall remain operational throughout the duration of the project as required by the statement of work, technical specifications, and drawings. Solicitation Number 36C26118B0609 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about July 31st, 2018.
