1. Notice and Disclaimer This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market-research and acquisition-planning purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), solicitation, or commitment by the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information submitted or reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing a response to this notice. Commercial vendors incur costs solely at their own expense. Information gathered through this market research will be utilized by the Government to refine its acquisition strategy and determine the viability of a competitive future solicitation. 2. Purpose and Background DLA Energy is conducting market research to identify qualified, capable, and interested commercial sources able to furnish, transport, and deliver recurring bulk quantities of conforming diesel fuel products in support of U.S. Army and USCENTCOM forces operations at Logistics Support Area (LSA) Jenkins, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
