EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 9, 2022: The government has posted Amendment No. 0001 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). ****************************************************************************************************************************************** Under this Solicitation Notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P622B0005 for bidding purposes. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, "Liberty Park Pipelining, Crown Point, Lake County, Indiana (USACE Acquisition)." PROJECT INFORMATION: The project work involves lining up to 1,100 linear feet of 12-inch sewers, 500 linear feet of 10-inch sewers, and 9,000 linear feet of 8-inch sewers in Crown Point’s Liberty Park neighborhood. Up to thirty-eight (38) manholes would be rehabilitated to reduce inflow and infiltration. The work will take place within the existing easements and rights-of-way. The contractor will be required to provide a maintenance of traffic plan, survey existing utility lines, and acquire any necessary permits prior to construction to resolve potential issues regarding the implementation of this project. The project limits for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project are in the roadway right-of-way along Cedar Street, Sycamore Street, Maple Street, Birch Street, and Oak Street.
