AMENDMENT (A01): The purpose of this amendment is to update Exhibit 11: Vendor Forest Service Incident Payment Information and provide clarification on CWN MFSUs. All other solicitation documents remain unchanged / there are no attachments for this amendment. Update Invoice Issues - invoice status questions email to [email protected]. This change will be reflected in subsequent awards. This combined synopsis/solicitation is specifically for CWN MFSUs for use after all Nationally contracted MFSUs have been ordered or determined unavailable. GACCs can access a CWN MFSU BPA source list for regional/local use.
