Ft. (ABOA): 383,043 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 383,043 Space Type: Underground record storage (approximately 371,583 ABOA SF), office (approximately 11,460 ABOA SF), and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 145 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 145 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 180 months with termination rights of 90 days Firm Term: 120 months Option Term: none Additional Requirements: Space must be underground. 16’ minimum clear height to structure above for record storage. 12’ minimum clear height to structure above for office. Minimum of 2 loading docks directly adjacent to the leased space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease (net of electric) is required.
