The Main Entrance of Bldg. 1 will be updated to facilitate visitor traffic flow and experience. Issues to be resolved include improving patient and ADA access to the building, fix moisture and leaking issues with the existing skylight, update finishes, improve patient circulation, optimize space for the existing functions operating in the area, HVAC deficiencies, electrical deficiencies including an electrical closet within the space, and any other Facilities Conditions Assessment deficiencies located within this listed area.
