The Government appreciates industry’s feedback on the solicitation process. The RFP due date will be extended while we work to provide additional details on the industry questions received. Resubmission of proposals will be accepted at any time prior to the new RFP due date. The revised proposal shall contain all information and documents as required by the solicitation and shall constitute a full replacement of any previously received proposals in its entirety. The new RFP due date will be no earlier than October 6, 2023 to ensure sufficient time for any offerors wishing to make updates. Solicitation is amended to post the Questions and Answers as attachment QuestionsFromIndustry_15Sep2023.pdf and include attachment 80AFRC23R0001P0004_FO IDIQ4.pdf.
