For your information, the contract opportunity under Notice ID CDM-2020-1 was used for market research and updates to industry during the course of the market research. This is notice is informational. The presentation for the MPE OM&S Pre-Solicitation Conference Main Session is attached. See below for information on getting access to the Draft RFP documents. There were two notices posted on 18 Aug 2023. First at 09:56 am EDT for the Draft RFP and then second at 10:04 am EDT for the Pre-solicitation Conference. The Draft RFP notice only has the Draft RFP documents. The Pre-Solicitation Conference notice does not have the Draft RFP documents and shows them as deleted.
