Solicitation Number: 36C78626B0032 Project Number: 823-NSP25-003 Description: National Shrine Project at Wood National Cemetery This notice is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a request for Bid, Proposal, or Quote. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to issue solicitation number 36C78626B0032 entitled, National Shrine Project at Alton National Cemetery on or about September 15, 2026, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled. Scope of Work: The Contractor must provide all personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary to perform and complete all work to provide complete section renovation for the cemetery sections indicated that includes, but not limited to: site surveying; preparing grading plans and headstone realignment plans; vegetation removal, grading and drainage, excavation and backfill; headstone identification/tagging; headstone handling; flat marker geogrid support system; headstone re-installation; headstone cleaning; turf renovation; and site restoration work. Note: Headstone includes both upright headstones and flat markers. All services performed by the contractor must adhere to National Cemetery Administration standards.
