NOTICE TO OFFERORS: THIS SOLICITATION IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. A site visit is scheduled for 29 November 2017. Please refer to Solicitation Section L for details. This notice serves to announce the solicitation for Full Food Services on a non-personal basis at Keesler AFB, MS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items necessary to perform full food service for three (3) dining facilities, one (1) central preparation kitchen, and one (1) flight kitchen located at Keesler AFB, MS all in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is estimated to be 1 April 2018 - 30 September 2018, plus four one-year option periods and two one-year incentive option periods, for a total performance period not to exceed 84 months. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Business with allowance for the State License Agency (SLA) under the Randolph-Sheppard Act to submit a proposal. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 722310 (Food Service Contractors) and the size standard is $38.5M.
