This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N68836-16-T-0082 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74. This is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The small business standard for the associated NAICS code is 562112 with a size standard of $32.5M. The Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) is a large industrial facility located at Naval Air Station Jacksonville Florida. FRCSE is responsible for rework, repair, and overhaul of various Navy aircraft, engines, components, and ground support equipment. Many of the aircraft parts and components used throughout the maintenance process at FRCSE require routine cleaning to remove sludge and grime accumulated during the maintenance process. FRCSE utilizes several Parts Cleaning Machines to remove all sludge and grime from the aircraft parts and components.
