The Government intends to award an annual preventive maintenance and service contract to Cytek Biosciences, Inc. (UEI: TD2JM5U24NF8). Cytek is the sole source provider and proprietary vendor for the maintenance and repair of the Cytek Amnis Imagestream MKII Flow Cytometer, serial number ISX507, as confirmed in the attached letter of exclusivity from Cytek Biosciences, Inc.
