FY26 BOMBER AGILE COMMON HANGAR - TINKER AIR FORCE BASE (TAFB), OK TULSA DISTRICT HAS BEEN TASKED TO SOLICIT FOR AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 4-DOCKHANGAR AT TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. THIS WILL BE SOLICITED AS A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT PROCURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 15, NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, USING THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF PROCESS. THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE PROCESS MEANS THAT A PORTION OF TECHNICAL PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE FIRST AND EVALUATED. BY AMENDMENT, REQUESTS FOR PRICING AND SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION WILL SUPPORT THE FINAL EVALUATION.
