NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award an SDVOSB sole source contract award to 1st American Medical Distributors, Inc., 151 Heritage Park Drive, STE 201, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 for the preventative maintenance of the Medrad Provis Injectors located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215). This service agreement shall include preventative maintenance, device calibrations, inspections, safety testing, software/hardware updates, on-site support, and technical support.
