HWAD Industry Day 4 QA2 28 August 2025 Update The Government is providing the updated tentative milestones below for the Operation, Maintenance, and Modernization of Hawthorne Army Depot Solicitation. Final RFP Release: 24 September 2025 Phase I Proposals Due: 27 October 2025 Phase II Proposals Due: 21 November 2025 Contract Award: 29 May 2026 Transition Period Ends: 29 December 2026 19 August 2025 Update The Government is opening an additional window for submission of questions regarding the information previously posted to SAM under Sources Sought W519TC-25-S-HWAD and Virtual Technical Library W519TC-25-V-HWAD. Please submit all feedback in an Excel spreadsheet and refer to the specific document and text of the document, including the document section, page, and paragraph in your submission.
