This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24826Q0757. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_ 2026-01 / 03-13-2026.
