The requested period of performance is on or after September 16, 2019 and completion no later than September 15, 2020. SITE VISIT A site visit will be conducted onboard the T.S. KENNEDY at 1100 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 101 Academy Drive, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532.
