The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires Construction Services for a Newly Acquired Building Staff Housing - Single Family in Johannesburg Consulate General - Johannesburg, South Africa. The Contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management, and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established schedules.
