Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 36C26127Q0082, Project No. 640A0-27-104, Replace Roof at Building 347 – Menlo Park at Palo Alto VA Medical Center – Menlo Park is issued as a request for quotation. This acquisition is a total SDVOSB set-aside. The closing date of this solicitation is November 19, 2026, 2:00 P.M. PDT. This is a fire-fixed-price construction requirement. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after NTP. The place of performance is Palo Alto VA Medical Center – Menlo Park, 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025-2539.
