PSC: 5895 - Miscellaneous Communication Equipment NAICS: 334511- Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing All other details of Pre-Solicitation Notice N00019-18-R-0033 remain unchanged. ++++++++++++++++++++ The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), in support of PMA-208, intends to competitively procure C-Band Radar Tracking Transponders. The tasks to be performed by the contractor are design, build, and test, first article and production C-Band Radar Tracking Transponders which meet the requirements of Performance Specification PMA208-C-Band Radar Tracking Transponder -7007, and are in accordance with RCC 262-14 (June 2014) as tailored by Performance Specification PMA208-C-Band Transponder-17007 (08 Mar 2018). THIS WILL BE A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. The Government expects to select one Offeror on the basis of its proposal providing the "best value" to the Government, all factors considered, as outlined in the solicitation.
