For your information, the contract opportunity under Notice ID CDM-2020-1 was used for market research and updates to industry during the course of the market research. Pre-Solicitation Conference Information Contractors responding are placed on notice that participation in the pre-solicitation conference may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. No reimbursement shall be made for any costs associated with attendance or providing information in response to this announcement or for any follow up information requests. This is not a solicitation for proposals; no contract shall be awarded from this announcement.
