The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to issue an RFQ on an other than full and open basis to ThinKom Solutions, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. ThinKom Solutions developed and manufactured the antennas under proprietary measures specifically for the PATRIOT Radar Program. The acquisition will be for six (6) each Cylindrical Antenna – Phase B Systems, P/N 1001250-101. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the response date of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5085 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 25 February 2026 at 8:00 AM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
