Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Request for Information (RFI) Continental United States locations (CONUS) Generator Maintenance 10/15/2026 The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Logistics Management Directorate, is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing on-site generator maintenance and testing services at four Continental United States locations (CONUS). The anticipated requirement may include key personnel, technician labor, specialized tooling, diagnostic instruments, vehicles, materials, consumables, transportation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, testing, and related generator support services. The anticipated locations are: • DC Atlanta, 3780 Southside Industrial Ct., Atlanta, GA 30354 • DC Fort Worth, 501 W. Felix, Fort Worth, TX 76115 • DC Greencastle, 12879 Molly Pitcher Hwy, Greencastle, PA 17225 • DC Tracy, 1547 East Grant Line Road, Tracy, CA 95304 This RFI is issued solely for information gathering purposes to identify sources that can provide support for the LMD Continental United States Generator Maintenance (CONUS Generator Maintenance). In accordance with FAR 15.101(c), RFIs may be used when the Government wants to obtain price, delivery, other market information, and capabilities for planning purposes.
